Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you apply as a tester we collect:

• Required — the Google account email signed in to your Play Store
• Optional — your name or nickname
• Optional — the watch model you use
• Automatic — which watch face page you applied from, and the time of application

We collect this either through the form on this site, or by transcribing what you send to our email address.

We do not collect national identification numbers, payment details, or location data. We use no visitor analytics and no advertising trackers.

2. Why we use it

• To register and invite you to the Google Play closed test
• To send watch face promotion codes
• To answer questions related to the test

We use it for nothing else. We do not send advertising or marketing email.

3. How long we keep it

We delete data as soon as its purpose is met:

• If you ask to unsubscribe — deleted immediately
• Otherwise — one year after the last code we sent you

A one-line reply is enough to unsubscribe and have your data deleted.

4. Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties. We do not sell it.

The processors listed in section 5 handle data only as needed to run the service.

5. Processors and international transfer

We rely on the following processors:

• Supabase — database storage and admin authentication · Seoul, Republic of Korea
• Vercel Inc. — website hosting and request handling · United States
• Google LLC — email delivery via Gmail SMTP · United States

Vercel and Google are located outside Korea. The items transferred are those listed in section 1; the purpose is serving the website and delivering email. Retention follows each provider's policy and the periods in section 3.

The database itself is stored in the Seoul region.

6. Your rights

You may at any time request:

• Access to your data
• Correction of anything inaccurate
• Deletion
• Suspension of processing

7. Deletion

Once the retention period ends or the purpose is met, the record is removed from the database in a way that cannot be recovered.

8. Safeguards

• Access control — row level security restricts data to the administrator account
• In transit — all traffic uses TLS
• At rest — the database storage is encrypted
• Passwords — the administrator password is stored only as a hash and cannot be read back

9. Cookies

We set no tracking cookies.

The only cookie we use keeps the administrator signed in to the admin pages. It is never set for ordinary visitors.

11. Changes
