A broad arrow below twelve, small seconds at six o'clock. The archetype of the military field watch, carried over intact — Arabic numerals the whole way round, a railroad minute track, and a colour marker at every five minutes. The ring between the dial and the crystal carries CMDN all the way round, for the depth of a real watch. There are ten dials to swap between: black and cream, each in matte and in sunray, plus sand, olive green, navy, blue, yellow and orange. Matte swallows the light and stays readable outdoors; sunray fans its grain as you turn your wrist. On the lighter dials the numerals, hands and markers print in black, so they stay sharp. On top of that, the hands and markers come in eleven colours, and ten presets give you a place to start.
